Imagine the Wild, Wild, West or Toy Story's Woody and Jessie riding in horses, plus a buffet spread that's fit for cowboys and cowgirls, that's what you'll experience at the Sunday Brunch at the Ranch of Fairmont Makati's Spectrum.

It was a perfect Sunday last weekend when our family was invited to have brunch at Spectrum.  Together with other bloggers and their families, we had a lot of fun during our chika time.  And for the kids, it was this photo corner turned into a seriously fun playground (just imagine hay being thrown in the air and scattered on the floor, yup, that kind of fun!)
What made that brunch special was having it with a friend.  I was so happy to see Martine and her family there.
Vito, Martine's son, and my Wessie got along really well.  They were instant buddies who after having plates of yummy brunch, started running and horsing around.
Now, let's talk about FOOD! :)

Families could indulge in barbecued delights to their hearts' content.  Choose from steaks, seafood, corn, roasted veggies, ribs and many more!
In the outdoor area, beside the grillery is where the treasure is found, my favorite, Conchinillo! :)  It's really crispy and the meat is tender.  And I can't help but fall in love with it!
Choose from Spectrum's wide range of fresh seafood and have them cooked the way you want it.  Choose from squid, oyster, shrimps, mussels, and crabs!
Families could savor a hearty fare of fresh-off-the-grill premium steaks.  They have this Country Farm Chicken Roast which was delectable with or without sauce.
You'd really feel the Western vibe inside Spectrum's brunch set-up.  Spell wagons, baskets, and wooden signage and voila an achieved ranch ambiance.  Such as their Salad and Crostini station.
For the preggy momma me, these vegetables now look more appealing to me than ever!  I fancied most their baked potato, cauliflower, and broccoli.  It didn't hurt as well to pick one to three Baked Farmer Sausages right over there!
After all these mouthwatering servings of meats, seafood, and veggies, there's still room for dessert!   How appealing the cowboy-designed buffet spread looked, was also how they tasted.  Spectrum is popular in making their dessert spread one of the highlights of their themed brunches.  They do it with much gusto and you'd truly feel the labor of love in every creatively decorated and themed dessert!

My favorite would be their S'mores dipped in a bowl of crushed graham.  The S'mores has a dark chocolate in its core and the combination of it in your mouth spells heaven!  My kids loved the cow and pig designed mallows, aren't they uber cute?!
Cakes were in abundance and my sweet tooth couldn't get enough of them!
Just look at this Chocolate Bacon Cake!
Can't get enough of bacon?  Here are crispy glazed bacon strips waiting for you to devour!
They also served macarons in different flavors and this is one of the most interesting... Foie Gras Macaron disguised in a cutie patootie duck design!
Now this is witty!  Sundays with BAE!  BAE-con and Pig's Brain Macarons!
Here were some on my preggy momma plate:  Slabs of steak, baked potato and veggies too!
I fed myself and my baby some macarons, slices of cakes (Strawberry Shortcake, Red Velvet, and Chocolate!)
More macarons and strawberry slices too! :)
