My home improvement project has been on pause mode since I gave birth.  But a couple of weeks before finally popping out my now one-month old baby, I've been decluttering  things we don't need, outgrown, don't use, don't fit, or need updating such as furniture, home decor, linen, kitchenware and dining essentials.

I declutter periodically to make space for new items. I've learned the art of letting go of things that don't serve their purposes or do not inspire me anymore.  Plus, as part of my objective to live more simply and attain minimalism or clutter-free living (at least close to that, but with three boys, that's a quite impossible), I don't accumulate things if I haven't given, thrown, sold or donated things we don't need anymore.

Since, Part 1 of my home improvement project was accomplished before Damien was born, I'm now moving on to Part 2 which is shopping!

I'm going gaga already and can't get my hands on to shop on sale and complete the Part 2 of my home improvement.  For sure, mommies and homemakers like me are excited to shop for their homes.  But since stocks are limited and availability of these items depend per branch, I have to go there early.
