First of all, I’d like to congratulate the new queen, Ms. France, Iris Mittenaere for winning the Ms. Universe 2016 title.  You truly deserve it!  To our Ms. Universe Philippines Maxine Medina, congratulations as well for making it to the Top 6.  You represented our country well and I believe you did your best.  Don’t mind the bashers as long as you did what you had to do to get where you got.  It wasn’t an easy job to represent the whole country in a beauty pageant.  Your grace and confidence withstood the pressures put on you as you walked beautifully and elegantly on stage to represent our country.
