Last month, during our wonderful hotel staycation in the only 5-Start hotel in the South, The Bellevue Manila, we've experienced and enjoyed several buffet meals in their elegant restaurant, the Cafe 'd Asie.
When Jane Go of Sugar Go Spice said, she'll show me her part of the world, which is the South, she definitely has something to be proud of and one of them is Cafe 'd Asie.
It was a Black Friday afternoon when we first had a chance to experience Cafe d' Asie Restaurant's Holy Week menu. We were glad to know their menu was filled with fish, fruits and vegetables. Macky and I like going to buffets and the impression the restaurant gave us is that it's serious in its promise in providing its customers a high standard in international buffet, thus leaving their diners truly satisfied and happy.
It features variation of international favorites like this bed of seafood for example, waiting for you to pick and grill them! :)

Their Carving Station was calling my name, like a mantra, but I had to painstakingly walk past by them in observance of the Holy Week.
Seafood Risotto, Bok Choy in Garlic Oyster Sauce and Al Tonno Pasta

My favorite meal starter: SALAD!!! :)
Variety of Cold Cuts: Salami, Carrot Lyoner and Liver slices to name a few.
Fruits Galore! Choose from Fresh Fruits or already prepared Fruit Salad to suit your fruit preference.
Bakers Basket has French Bread, Muffins and Pan de Sal too!

Cafe 'd Asie's fleet of dishes are all made with the freshest ingredients every time by the hotel's multi-awarded chefs! They have an all-day buffet that promises to fill your tummies without hurting your pockets. For me that definitely is practical diba? Perfect for family gatherings, reunion with friends or a business meeting or celebration.

Our family had a pleasurable dining experience at the restaurant. Its ambiance may look intimidating at first because of its elegant interiors, but it warms you up after a few minutes. It can accommodate up to 180 dining guests at one time.
