Kiddie Party Packages and More at McDonald's Philippines

When it comes to birthday party packages, McDonald's is one of the top party venues/packages a mom could think of right away.  I know so because I've held my sons' birthday parties at McDonald's Mendiola and Tomas Morato.  In both parties, I am satisfied with the kind of service that McDonald's gave us.

6 Reasons Why I Chose McDonald's:
  1. On-time food serving
  2. Articulate party host
  3. Friendly staff/restaurant servers
  4. Complete party amenities
  5. Cleanliness and well-decorated party room/area
  6. Happy party ambiance
Let me share with you my party planning list specific to my McDonald's experience.

Venue
My criteria for choosing a McDonald's branch are the following:
  • Proximity to where we live
  • Accessibility of the branch for our guests - for commuting guests
  • Parking space - for guests bringing vehicles
  • For list of McDonald's stores, you may narrow your search down to your preferred services available in a store such as, but not limited to: Open 24 hours, Accepting Birthday Parties or with Playplace.  Check McDonald's Store Locator here: McDonald's Store Locator
McDonald's Party Reservation Process:
  • Call your preferred branch- I suggest that before visiting the store of your choice, give them a call to check availability of party venue on your preferred date and time.  I usually reserve a venue, one month, at the minimum, before desired party schedule.
  • Do an Ocular Visit - Once the party specialist confirms that your preferred schedule is available, set an ocular visit to check what .
  • Pay the Reservation Fee - If you're sure of the venue, close the deal by paying at least P2,000.00 reservation fee. Balance shall be paid after the party.
  • Select Food Package - McDonald's will give you a list of all their birthday packages, choose one or you could create your own.
  • Sign and Secure a copy of your Service Contract - Make sure that you get a copy of your contract to know the restrictions, if any, process for cancellation,

Party Program
You can let the competent party host take charge of the program for they've been doing this 3-4 times a day every weekend at the least. But you can also suggest to add your personal touch.  Below is my Wes' party program:
  1. Registration - name tags and party hats distribution, signing of names on guest list
  2. Opening Prayer
  3. Welcoming of Guests - by host
  4. Games - 2-3 games
  5. Eating time
  6. Photo Taking with guests
  7. Games
  8. Character Appearance
  9. Singing of Happy Birthday Song
  10. Awarding - Most Behaved Girl and Boy, Early Birds, Most Bibo Kid award, Most Bibo Parent award
  11. Giving away of loot bags to kids
  12. Closing Remarks/ Thank you Message from parents
Other Party Items you may want to consider/need to prepare for that perfect birthday party:
  1. Birthday Cake
  2. Balloons Decors (optional) - Entrance Pillar/Arc, Cake Arc, Balloonderitas, Balloon Table Topper and Balloon Burst
  3. Birthday Banner/Welcome Banner in the entrance
  4. Additional prizes for games/awarding
  5. Personalized Party Invitation
  6. Celebrator Themed Costume
  7. Photo and Video Coverage

Thanks for the awesome ideas. I have never heard of this before. We thought about going with event rentals in Palos Hills, IL, for our sons party, but we think this will be a better alternative. Thanks for posting.

  27. Hi! i just want to ask because i'm planning to book my daughter birthday at jollibee. The question are do they allow cakes, balloons set up, clown/magicians from outside and do they allow 4 hrs for the event.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Hello, did you mean Jollibee or McDonalds? :) Anyway Sir Eduardo, most of them are not open anymore to hiring clown/magicians from outside because they have their own party hosts. But some branches do. You may ask the branch of your choice to be sure. They only allow up to 3hrs maximum. Thanks! :)
