Practical Fashion: What NOT To Wear At Manila Ocean Park
Hello Loves! Here's a late OOTD post. I had a presentation of our partnership proposal with Manila Ocean Park and I had to wear smart casual to look presentable and credible (naman!) I didn't expect that we were going to tour their newly opened "Birds Of Prey" attraction and ride a "Kalesa" around the polluted Manila.
We had fun experiencing the hawks, "Lawin" at their new attraction, you should never miss the feeding part! It was an exciting experience! We enjoyed the "Kalesa" ride but it made us realize how polluted Manila is already. Go to Manila Ocean Park with the family! Tip, (1) go there early in the day to avoid the flood of people visiting all their wonderful attractions (2) Do NOT wear any HIGH-heeled shoes!
So here are the photos of what NOT to wear during a trip to Manila Ocean Park. Enjoy! :)
Never go to a trip carrying two (2) heavy bags! |
Did you see the hawk at the back! I just fed him with fish in my hand! |
Long sleeved top and jeans make a smart casual. look. |

Denim pants for a casual look. |
Never wear a 3.5 high heeled shoes for a trip to Manila Ocean Park |

Waah! Hope you did not have major blisters! I used to work on field and I use wedges haha (tigas ulo, tiis ganda). Now that I spend more time in the office (although I still do some field work), I use flats
ReplyDeleteOh that calesa ride must be a lot of fun!! :D
ReplyDeletewell, it was but, Manila is sadly so polluted... =(
ReplyDeleteTiis Ganda tama! hahaha! :) Pero buti na lang, I don't have blisters. When I choose shoes to buy, I really walk in it nang matagal and assess if this will possibly bring blisters to me or not. :D

ReplyDeleteThe KALESA ride looks fun! And lucky me, as a man, I can avoid naturally carrying 2 bags at a time and wearing that high heel shoes hehe. Argh, but I have to carry my son for the whole day for sure (tiring but fun yah know!) . Thanks for sharing some tips @MommyPracticality:disqus hehe. Great outfit by the way, simple yet so classy!
