Had this workshop been available before my wedding, I would have done my own flowers.  You know that there were a handful of DIY projects we did for the wedding and I would have done my own flowers too if only this workshop came earlier.  Anyway, still I'm glad I learned a new skill which I'm sure I could use someday.

Full house during the 2:30 pm session.  There were three sessions throughout the day.

The workshop started with a Basic Photography lecture given by Light Keeper Studios, the official event photographer.  Learned a lot about mobile photography, photo filtering, photo-taking techniques, which were all important lessons for me as a blogger, who's still making her way into improving her photography skills. :)

I'm about to make two wrist corsages using Rose and Gerbera flowers.

Lovely Ecuadorian Roses any woman would love to receive from their husband, boyfriend or partners.

Using Gerbera and Rose for the main flower of my wrist corsage which could also be a boutonniere.

I put my DIY bouquet in a recycled jar at home and used the lace ribbon to give a nice accent to the jar.

Thank you Em for inviting me to attend this workshop.  I'm a sucker for new learning, new acquired skills.  School of Styling PH is a great cause for bringing people together to be inspired, be equipped, and learn new things which could later on be used for their betterment.

I never thought that something this really pretty, which I thought would be hard to accomplish, could be done easily and quickly.  The School of Styling teaches us how we could practically make things beautiful without having to spend a lot, which is the very heart of my blog, practicality. :)
