They say that I don't look my age.  I used to shy away when people ask me about my age because, you don't ask a woman that question!  But now, I'm proud to say that I'm 42 who doesn't look like it.  Why?  My mom taught me the importance of eating healthy, exercising, and doing skin care as early as in my 20s.

I'm glad I listened to her because I'm reaping the benefits of what I sow.  I've been doing complete skin care since I turned 20.  I remember sneaking to her room straight to her vanity table and inspecting all the skin care products she was using by then.  I think she was ahead of her time then, because even before the 10-step skin care became a thing, she was already doing that!
