Good morning loves!  First of all, I wish you, yes you who's reading this, a very happy day today!  Please do wish me the same.  The workplace is always a jungle or a war zone for me and the times that I get some breather is when I attend workshops, events or training.  I love attending those mentioned because I absorb new learning about the field that I'm into which can be relatable to my blogging.

Last week, I attended the 7th Internet and Mobile Marketing Summit 2013 (IMMAP) "Digital Drive" at the Powerplant Mall.  It was my second time to attend it and I've learned heaps from the speakers whose expertise are in digital marketing, SEO, TV, telecommunications and advertising.  Numerous cases and sample executions of successful campaigns were also exhibited by some speakers.

Hello loves!  Everyday when I go to work, I need to have my daily dose of positivity, electric energy and laughter.  There's a window of 30 minutes to 1 hour from the house to my workplace, for me to be able to get this good vibe.

Where do I get it?  I get it from reading my favorite blogs via mobile like this, this, this, this  this, and this.

But while doing all the reading, there's one thing I never ever miss to do which never fails to make me giggle out loud like a crazy woman in a public utility vehicle, that is listening to my favorite morning FM station, The Morning Rush, RX 93.1

Oh good gawd, I love listening to Chico, Delamar and Gino.  I've been a fan of Chico and Delamar eversince I was in college and now I am hooked to Gino's witty quips and his funny retaliation to the two seniors bullying him.

This morning, I just have to share what made me laugh out loud on my way to work.  #TheMorningRush #KillerJokes which happened to be the Top 1 trending topic on Twitter during their airtime.  The killer jokes I compiled came from the entries of their listeners.  I just have to share the laugh trip with you muthers and hope you enjoy them as well.

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is the sudden, unexpected death of a baby 1-12 months of age.  It's also the number 1 cause of death for healthy babies.  Scary right?  It sure is.  But I've got good news because I learned that we could lower the risk of SIDs if we follow methods on Safe Sleep.

When I was a first time mom, I've read about SIDs, but I honestly I have not heard about HALO SleepSack.  I wish I already had at that time because sleeping with my baby got me paranoid every night.  Having a hard time sleeping throughout the night was already a challenge, but thinking about SIDs and fearing it might happen to my tiny baby instantly and without warning, every night at that, was worse.

When I had my second child, my paranoia about SIDs again kicked in and I had extended sleepless nights because of this.  I would imagine different disturbing thoughts about the syndrome and if I didn't have support of my hubby and friends, most likely I'd be a lokaret now.

Muther dears! I just noticed that I haven't been posting about my practical #OOTD.  So here's a digest of my weekend outfits.  For those of you not aware, I sing in a band every Saturdays at Luxent Hotel.  The only times I get to dress up really fancily are during my hotel gigs.

The point is, even if I wear either super short or super long  cocktail dresses, hindi sila mahalia muthers.  For me, fashion and looking good doesn't have to come with expensive price tags, minsan they don't come in tags at all (if bought in a bazaar diba?)

Hello MOMs, expecting or not or expecting to be expecting soon, I have an announcement to make!  A very close friend of mine from college, Joy Dominguez-Yap, has recently found her bliss which is to teach moms about natural birth and also basics of breastfeeding.

Joy happens to be Wes' ninang.  I have a lot to thank her for actually.  If not for her, I had already given up on breastfeeding.  Yes muthers, I breastfed my toddler for eight months, although I wish I could have done it longer.  I was desperate to get my days-old baby to latch on my breasts because I didn't have support that time, I didn't know how as in I was clueless.  I called her to come over our house and demonstrate how to.  She came with her 1 year old son and showed me how.  Since then, I had one of the most wonderful experiences of being a mother, which was to breastfeed my son.

Going back to the announcement, my friend Joy is now teaching Childbirth Preparation.  I would like to help her by letting all of you know about this.  So if you are pregnant now and would opt for natural birth, this class will truly benefit you as well as your partner, because you will be going together!  Here are more details:
